How do I place an order?
Order on any product page, or send us the product name and your delivery address on WhatsApp at wa.me/923012973886 — we confirm every order before dispatch.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery — you pay when the parcel reaches your door. Bank transfer is also available.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat Rs 300 nationwide, and free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000. Orders are normally delivered within 7 working days; major cities are usually faster.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — see our Shipping & Returns policy.
Are your products genuine?
Yes — we sell original, sealed products and publish each product's declared ingredient list on its page, so you can check exactly what you are buying.
